BTW, you asked the shoulder question earlier. Pavel Tsatsouline (The Mad Russian) claims that the safest exercise for those with injured shoulders is the curl grip bench press or floor press, if you don't have a bench. Basically, it is a bench press with your hands on the bar in the curl position instead of overhand in the normal bench press. I've been doing it and like the movement very much. However, since my shoulder is not hurt, I can't comment on that aspect.
