And since we are on the subject....any liberal want to tell me why there isn't more of a true population representation in professional football, basketball, or baseball?....The hypocrisy is so blatant it would take a blind ass not to see it. . . Yes, sure. Professional sports are true meritocracies. You sink the shot or hit the ball, you get the job. Few fans mind a team dominated by Blacks as long as it wins. No one gains by pushing a well-connected white guy into leadership (like Ford or Cheney or Gore or Bush). As soon as business learn to judge business merit, we'll get much broader diversity in management. As soon as voters learn to judge ability and integrity, instead of voting for well-born political hacks, we'll get better people in office.
