ISDN is now being put into use after several years of talking up the technology. ADSL and other high speed access does not yet have the business support that ISDN is gaining this year. I have read several articles about how small to medium size business are installing either ISDN or expanding regular lines with 56k modems. ISDN probably will be strong for the next few years until other technology gains a stronger foothold.
As an example of how ISDN is getting coverage, in the current Network Computing magazine they have a buyers guide to ISDN routers and OpenRoute is one of the vendors. In the next issue of Network Computing they will have test results of five ISDN router vendors. I don't know if OpenROUTE is one of the vendors yet but this does point out the fact that ISDN is still a viable market. Those interested might take a look at the next Network Computing magazine, I do know that Network Computing asked for OpenROUTE products recently to examine.
