Hi Bill the LOWS??? don't think so guy...if INTC is warning about THIS Quarter, and we are expected to slow even more say over the next 1-2 quarters...you tell me... not sure about that Bill... but since i've been in these markets for 25 years..i do know sentiment changes quickly... my thinking is this...while the FED is out of the rate hike game... i feel they will now be back into a RATE CUT MODE for the street to start focusing on...in Oct at the next FOMC they will now move to a neutral stance..bullish for the markets.. if the impact on OIL--GAS--etc are negative in that they creat a slower economy, and the rates continue to slow this market...the onus will switch to an easing of rates... soft landing??? i don;t think so....
