Hey Paul,
Yes the money will go somewhere, perhaps not into any particular sector, just yet, watch the bonds and t-bills. Also keep your eye on the leaders in some of these areas for signals, (eg.biotechs: BBH, HGSI, PDLI, DNA or the retails: WMT, GPS, BBBY etc....) I will actually be watching the techs for basement bargains...
