I understood what his point was. The logic doesn't follow, however, because of the deal that CPQ cut a while back. That is what I was saying. CPQ has set orders for a certain large number of chips for delivery, at set prices.
If INTC can't deliver them, it isn't a result of poor CPQ performance, but rather INTC.

However, I agree that CPQ will suffer as a result. But only because traders these days are not among the best and brightest.
