Jim, I'm convinced that it is useless writing to Etrade. Yesterday I sent them a letter of complaint regarding the fact that when I called in my re-confirm (because their site was down) for TTMI it was never done -even though I was assured by the broker that she would put it through for me. I ended up receiving a letter of reply from them this morning. It was that form letter stating they are sorry I didn't receive an allocation and what the chances of receiving one are. It had nothing to do with my issue. It is obvious that they didn't even read my letter. I wasn't complaining that I didn't receive an allocation - I wanted them to know that my order through one of their live brokers never went through. They are the pits. They are never wrong and their site is perfect - we should know better than to complain!
