voltaire....

not sure if i personally subscribe to your "houses" theory...

believe more the natural ebb and flow of the human psyche, which for time immemorium has caused the masses to buy high and sell low......the extremes of emotions as fear and euphoria create a less then reality situation. whether the "strings" are being pulled by a external force doesn't matter, more the knee jerk reaction without thinking of what is really occurring.

money abounds, it must go somewhere....comments by the fed that trade imbalance bleeds the usa of dollars which may not be repatriated are equally absurd, especially in light of the multinational corporations....

it is truly a "global casino".......the "chips" are being moved around the table based on the "perceived odds".....right now the line is against techs, the after hours trading proved this to be true....

but is it "reality" or "perception"......wise to take the "line" on "reality".....the "odds" are always better.

if one has a penchant for short puts, abnormal volatilities may offer tremendous opportunity this morning....conversely long call buys will benefit from the shrinking of same...

let the games begin.....
