I mentioned that the other day. I cannot believe the SEC does not do something about these BS rating systems. I mean come on, WTF is a trading buy for heaven's sake. In other words, a trading buy is an admission that the brokerage firm loaded up on the downgrade and now wants to dump on you. Therefore they give it a trading buy, because there only sticking their neck out 1/2 way, versus giving it a strong buy. There's needs to be something done here.
