It appears Osicom has picked up another distributor recently: "Comsource Distribution is Newly Authorized Distributor for OSICOM Technologies Print Server Products DPI, a division of Osicom Technologies offers Print Servers for Novell and Banyan; Ethernet and Token Ring; supports protocols for WinNT, Netware, Unix, TCP/IP, and Apple..see some pricing examples on our specials page." Source: usa-source.com This this appears to be a distribution agreement for print server products only. The web page that I pulled this off of was last updated 4/25/97... so it is fairly recent.
