Roebear, not sure this is the rally in gold yet. I expect the dollar may stage a rally from here from support. A weak right handed double top perhaps? Just remember this, last Monday, XAU bearishness got to 84%, imo a major rally for gold and gold stocks will unfold.

Some other news today on the Euro is that the UK is also selling the Dollar against the Euro. OK so that makes it US, UK, Japan, and the ECB. Imo the next dollar rally will fail as CB's have signaled unequivocaly today that continued Euro weakness is unacceptable. The IMF is involved in this act too. All Euroland was on the verge of going the way of the Weimar Republic. Gas lines, grass roots refinery blockades, traffic snarls, plummeting currencies, what was next? The Strong Man on a Horse? BTW most Asian currencies except the Yen were also falling apart. CB's HAD to act. BWDIK
