30 sq. miles or 30 sq. kilometers? Big difference there, but still a huge upside either way. We may well have a short or intermediate term top here, but I believe you when you say that the best may be yet to come. What could cause problems here? Well, a tech wreck that makes some SFY holders sell shares to buy bargain tech stocks, a biotech boom that makes people want to get in on the mo-mo, a world-wide recession due to energy prices, and what else? Only the last scenario could affect SFY's business plans. pg
