Dear President Whirlwind: In the words of the great American philosopher Vinnie Barbarino: " I'm so confused ! " Zappa's own words about the CDS, DEDE issue: " Other than shares held by insiders of the Company, Management of the company is unaware of the beneficial owners of those shares registered in the names CDS & C. and CEDE & Co." Oh really? It may be possible if 1000 or 10 different people own these shares, but something here really stinks. Zappa can find out who these people are if they want to. Perhaps the voting at the annual meeting will tell us. If 95% of the votes are in favor of diluting us out of existance, then it would be highly unlikely that 1000 individual investors voted the same way. Have you noticed that our President, Mr. Gerry is an architect ? Who proposed issuing up to 100 million shares, Mr. Ed? Maybe Zappa wants to confuse the issue, watch the price sink so a handful of insiders can own the entire company. Page 54 of the Howe Street manual - " screw as many stupid American investors as possible."
