Boston That was a very good post. My guess is that INTC did offer to buy ADI and maybe for around $70 billion and ADI said no thanks. Especially if the offer was a stock deal. ADI knew that it is going to bed with NT in the Fiber Optics arena and $70b. would simply be to low of a price. dawg
