it's a very speculative play...you have to keep that in mind. but the co. IS extremely cheap at current prices. they have a HUGE project in Greece, for which after some delays the necessary permits and approvals are beginning to pour in. in my estimation, this project alone is worth more than the current market cap of the company. check their web site for the details on their various properties:
