Well to me at least there is no real solid evidence that the bull market is over.

The markets are at a big inflection point now and with the concerted effort of the international currency markets being propped up this morning I think we have seen the "floor" in the Euro.

There are more reasons to start cutting interest rates now and I'm guessing that will start to happen early next year. It's obvious that with oil prices this high and oil inventories so low historically going into winter that we will see world economies slow down even more.

Bear markets don't start in this climate, not on the cusp of interest rate cuts.
