Thus, AMD is at the moment less certain whether they will meet the guidance of 7 million total and 3.6 million Athlons respectively for Q3.

With the huge drip off of K6-2 systems for sale at retail in Q3, I think there is zero percent chance that AMD will make the 7 million unit target. I think 6.2 is more likely. But, the Athlon number is much more important, as it represents the future. Still, I don't think they will make that number either. I hope to eat these words.
