Excatly, and as long as that type of inbalance remains a washout is nescesary. Look at the difference in SNDK and SSTI both in the same industry and their valuations out of whack. There is no rhythem to this market and its got to find a solid ground to start the next wave. Do not forget that we have really been in a Bear market since 98, with dow, and broad market in a huge trading range.
