For the latest project news go: hun.com Dennis 300,000 unit private placement Huntington Resources Inc HUN Shares issued 6,591,596 Apr 29 close $0.31 Wed 30 Apr 97 News Release Mr Roger MacInnis reports The company has arranged a private placement of 300,000 units at $0.30. Each unit will consist of one flow-through share and one flow-through warrant. The warrant will have a two year life and may be exercised in the first year to purchase one share at $0.35 and at $0.40 in the final year.
