NewSys Changes Name And Trading Symbol (T.BIZ)

OTTAWA, ONTARIO-- September 22, 2000

'InBusiness Solutions' Name Reflects New Vision

NewSys Solutions Inc (TSE: NSS) today announced that it has now
formally changed its corporate name to InBusiness Solutions Inc.
("InBusiness" or "the Company"). Effective with the opening of the
market on September 22, 2000, the Company's new trading symbol on
the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE) will be BIZ.

The Shareholders of the Company voted to change the name to
InBusiness Solutions Inc. ("InBusiness") at the 2000 Annual and
Special Shareholders Meeting held on September 11th. "The name
InBusiness Solutions better reflects our new strategic direction,
to be the 'e-Channel' to small and mid-size businesses. Through
our business publishing network and Internet business centres we
expect to quickly become the preferred customer acquisition
solution for e-Product suppliers of hosted applications, data and
Internet business services", said Mark Quigg, Company President
and CEO. He added that "the InBusiness Solutions identity also
integrates our legacy e-Services business unit, our emerging
e-Products business unit, and our e-Channel business unit, under a
single, powerful concept."

InBusiness Solutions recently signed several initial clients for
its e-Products and e-Business Solutions, including Bank of
Montreal (TSE: BMO), Torstar Corporation (TSE: TS.B) subsidiary
Metroland Printing and Publishing, and The Ottawa Board of Trade.
On September 8th, Bank of Montreal signed a Letter of Intent with
the Company, under which InBusiness would own and operate regional
online business centres customized for the bank's 450,000 small
and mid-size business customers. In March, Metroland Printing and
Publishing signed an agreement to adopt the Company's Internet
strategy for community business newspapers in Central Ontario,
such as the Toronto Business Times. In April, The Ottawa Board of
Trade signed an agreement to adopt the Company's Internet business
centre for Board of Trade members.

Building on a successful 10-year history, InBusiness Solutions is
an established public company with proven expertise in e-Business
solutions, as well as its own "e-Channel" of community business
publications and virtual business centres through which it markets
valuable e-Products for small and mid-size business. InBusiness
has recorded 29 consecutive quarters of revenue growth and has
over 225 professionals working for the Company. More information
