Hey, Ken Don't Break the Bank AFR) 22/09/00 17:40: Vodafone Group PLC - Director Shareholding Vodafone Group PLC - Director Shareholding RNS Number:4234R Vodafone Group PLC 22 September 2000 TO: COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENTS Vodafone Group Plc (the "Company") In accordance with Section 329 of the Companies Act 1985, I have to inform you that on 22 September 2000 Mr Kenneth John Hydon, a director of the Company, exercised an option to acquire 9,270 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company at 37.2p per share through his participation in the Vodafone Group Savings-Related Share Option Scheme. As a result of this transaction Mr Hydon has an interest, excluding unexercised share options, in 1,207,898 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company.
