Yes there may well be a grace period, at least with respect to the loans due on Sept. 22.

But, the loans due on Sept 2 were already extended to September 22, so I would be surprised if there was an additional grace period.

Regarding non-payment as default, I find it inconceivable that it would NOT be a default (disregarding any grace periods). After all the most important aspect to a lender of a credit facility is getting your money back.

I doubt that presentment is required to make the amount due and payable, I haven't seen an agreement in my entire career that required presentment.
