Dan, the QQQ is an index of stocks, not a futures contract. It may well be used in hedging strategies, but in theory, it should move as the component of its stocks are moving, Don't know what % of the QQQ INTC is, buy i'd guess its about 4-5%, so shouldn't be a major factor. larry
