Clinton, releasing Oil from the Reserves?

This could cool the situation for a week or 2 but then add pressure.... it is like going short something short which is sure scarce.... not like shares where insider could dump into a rallye.

But maybe he mixed it up with releasing something else from the reserve....<VBG>
