Aus,
Let me try and put things in prospective and add some substance. The following numbers are from IBD, just a few days ago)
If you put $10,000 into the S&P 500 each May 1 and sold on Oct 31 from 1950 to 1999, you would have a profit of $11,751.
But if you put your $10,000 in on Nov 1, and sold on April 30, your profit would have been $359,533.
So, as I have been saying for oh, so long, is that investing season starts sometime in late October. This is the trading season. Go back and apply the same $10,000 investment for the dates above with SNDK, and see what you get for both time periods. I think even you, Aus, will be impressed.
Have a good weekend, Aus, and thanks again for all your great posts. We all appreciate them.
