My sense is (without seeing the details) that this is very positive for the common shares. Lots of time to restructure and rationalize lines of business without creditors pressing for it to be done "their way". Also takes any pressure off requiring "fire sales" of assets, gives Wendt time to sell off lines at market prices...this is all very positive for the common equity as the "fire sale" discount should be lifted from the shares now.
