Ok, as many of you know, I have signed off at Raging Bull and will not post there. Without trying to blame any one in particular, I simply got fed up with the numbers of totally non-related "Off Topic" posts that basically have turned the RB ADVR thread into a chat room. With ongoing serious discussions taking place, the "OTers" simply do not seem all that interested in posting anything other than "rah rah" and other nonsensical messages.
That said, I would like to invite everyone who is interesting in resurrecting this thread, where perhaps we can keep discussions on target, with a minimum of "scatter". there's always going to be some personal and off topic notes, but hopefully it will not rise to huge proportions it has on RB.

On to ADVR related matter, it's been my understanding the IND we are all waiting for will not come (at least as officially announced by ADVR) until year end or thereafter. What, if any, comments do you all feel might be relevant to that discussion??
There's been mention of a private placement, once again, and what will that do (if anything) to the price and reputation of the company??
Someoneon RB is saying, rumor-wise, there is going to be a large announcement end of next week by someone who is presently changing his/her negative (or equivocal) position regarding Product R to one of positive support. Any ideas on this??
There were 2 legal actions taken in reference to ADVR. One by the company against Commonwealth in NY, and one by Commonwealth against ADVR regarding patent issues in Michigan. It's my understanding the suit of ADVR vs Commonwealth in NY has (or is going to be) dismissed "with prejudice". Can anyone explain that phrase, "with prejudice"?? The legalities in Michigan re: patents I am not up on, does anyone have information on this and what the impact might be??
What are the possibilities of partnerships happening? And in what time frame??
I've got a million questions, but can we just get this going, so we can have a place to discuss these things without being bothered with interminable OT posts?
