I've heard of something similar to this technology.

Curlew has some contacts in Nevada where the same or similar concept will be tested. The entry fee is very low for the oil & gas sector, and should generate 5-6 drillable targets. They can then be farmed out to a drilling syndicate or carried in-house with CWQ remaining as operator. This deal should become more interesting after Bacon Island starts developing production.
