I appreciate your clarification in this matter. I hope that you'll consider removing that person's name from your list of sources "Generally Recognized as Reliable". I will say that we'd previously discussed on a few occasions here the possibility of OPEC cutting production to offset supplies coming from the SPR. But I cannot ever remember seeing discussion of this strategy being attributed any sources within OPEC itself of from spokespersons for OPEC countries.
