At a town hall meeting in February, Gore said he opposed using the SPR because oil-producing nations might lower their output in reaction Will the real algore stand up??? It is interesting that GORES plan is almost EXACTLY what CLINTON agreed to....hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
