And I presume, the furnaces will burn crude, because I don't believe the refineries have capacity to take in the oil, refine it to build inventories and deliver it. Is it being sold or "loaned" to "big oil" who will replace it later.

Other than the near term impact on spot crude, it doesn't appear to help home heating oil prices.

On the other hand, this whole thing has a good chance of blowing up in the dems face, if prices don't drop or the spot prices drop but heating oil doesn't.

However, if it helps QCOM, who cares. I live Hawaii and don't need any home heating oil.
