308 million shares did not go to mom and pop.
As some institutions were bailing others had to be adding.

With the P4 launch coming up I would not be surprised at all to see the INTC approach its yearly highs. Hell I will settle for 55 in a week. That would probably give me a 100% return on my calls. That would be enough.
