Uncle, i disagree with both you and misheldo on that, I would say, think of capital equipment needs to stay in the DRAM race, legal fees and settlements will be peanuts, I doubt that the whole thing will amount (sans royalties) to more than $20 MM. It will be settled and settled before the end of next quarter next year, and Appleton is going to send tate a letter of apology, and tate will let him pay royalties, probably just on RDRAM, since by then, as Carl is always reminding us, DDR will be "Dead, dead, dead" and SDRAM will be on its merry way out (g).
