HI Drea - got a scallop recipe for you.

I was lucky enough to find some scallops on the beach during my holidays earlier this month. Four of them, and they were the size of hockey pucks (not the shell, but the actual scallop)

Anyway what I did was sauté some chopped shallots and garlic in butter for a couple of minutes. I was going to add white wine but didn't have any on hand so I added a liberal splash of tequila and sautéed the scallops for a few minutes on each side. They took a little longer than the little ones do.

They were absolutely exquisite - tasted like "angel's tears on your tongue".
