And I presume, the furnaces will burn crude, because I don't believe the refineries have
capacity to take in the oil, refine it to build inventories and deliver it. Is it being sold or
"loaned" to "big oil" who will replace it later.
Good observation. This is a blatant political ploy to make

IF, and that is a big IF,this oil is actually released there will be a standoff of already contracted oil in the delivery harbors until storage and refinery capacities are available. This release,minuscule
compared to the overall consumption of oil products, will have no effect on price. For shame, but to be expected by this immoral bunch. Too bad little Joe Lieberman left his integrity in the Temple when asked to be vice-president nominee. Of course, little Joe has become accustomed to saying one thing for public consumption and doing another
behind the voters backs.
