With respect to the ERP and CRM products, I agree, but there is nothing pongid about PSFT in that area. But the HR is a different sort of thing -- people don't tend to connect there needs there with their needs for ERP or CRM or whatever, which is undoubtedly one of the issues PSFT encountered after becoming successful in HR -- there wasn't another related area where they could use their gorilla dominance.
