Dear Jerry: I got my copy of the annual report on Wednesday. One of the first things I did was take a look to see if there are enough shares for another split. It looks to me as if there are enough for a 2:1 or 3:2 split even if shareholders vote, "Yes," to, "Approve a 15,000,000 share increase in the maximum number of shares of common stock authorized for issuance under the company's 1999 stock option plan."
