JXM, what do you know about Napster? They hired the best lawyer there is to defend them? Who benefits if Napster wins the suit against the record company? I want to invest in them because they will win the lawsuit because of their lawyer. Check out Wired magazine story, he will not lose. Boise is the lawyer that beat Microsoft. He is the best there is, won the Texaco/Pennzoil suit and the IBM antitrust against the government. He is the Michael Jordan/Tiger Woods.. He is getting huge dollars to counsel Napster which is supposedly non-profit. I smell money to be made here...
