I respect that. I don't know how much I believe the stuff I say... but it's not like I'm trolling. A plausible argument can be made for animism. I like rolling out the examples. Counterexamples are few and far between. What does that prove? If I walk down a street and find beer cans, and no Coke cans, it doesn't prove that there are more beer than Coke drinkers. The Coke drinkers may just be more careful about disposal. So with randomness. The 1/f relationship which I keep mentioning is one of the few physical sources of noise that is not well understood. Yet few consider it worthy of exploration. It's more important to eliminate noise and people get paid to study that. And there are ways to quench 1/f so we don't study it.

But unless my mind is made up, I've gotta wonder if my model is flawed. What provides a better hope for positive outcome? Cold, random - warm, connected. I'm voting for the latter. At least today. ;)
