I don't really know anything about napster. I just have an opinion that the artists have the right to say whether or not their studio quality work can be distributed without ever receiving any benefit. I don't think that napster is necessarily the wrongdoer in this case though, from what I understand, it is just the vehicle that is used by individuals to exchange the music.
