Larry, except that the "floornessness" disappears if the stock trades above $12 or so for 10 trading days, almost a guarantee that management will do its damnest to make that happen (g). It reminds me of the MVIS call of their warrants, management made sure they were callable. If you think that management has the wherewithal to achieve the target, you may not want to short it, short it if it get there and it seems that the price is held above $12 artificially, and of course, if you think the company is POS (VBG). Which company are we talking about? (VVBG).
