Right you are. Let me correct myself to say that PSFT didn't see these some of these other areas. Some seem to follow very closely on the HR mode ... I don't know if they cover those or not, but if they aren't, then someone isn't paying attention (do we have a category for a gorilla with alzheimers?) But, you are very right that there are a lot of related areas they could have levered into - equal opportunity reporting compliance and recruiting being two that leap to mind. Moore talks about the potential for a gorilla to parlay strength into strength, tornado into tornado. Perhaps we also need a category for the "one trick gorilla".
