Now we are getting to the fine strokes -- what does a bounce back like today's mean? Does it mean the market is "strong" -- your interpretation. Or does it mean that there is cash to be burned before we go lower -- my take. You can pour hundreds of billions of dollars into a bonfire -- and you end up with nothing. That is what I am saying -- say it with me -- suckers rally.
