He pled guilty to civil fraud, I don't see how a criminal charge could have stuck, based upon what I've read.

It appears to me that he was cheerleading under a variety of aliases, and that he sold into the ensuing hype. If that's a crime, then they better start building more prisons.

I would prefer to see the SEC going after journalists who predict 10,000% increases in stocks with no earnings than a kid (or his dad) who exhibit clown-like tendencies and that no reasonable person would have paid any attention to.
