Remember this about yesterday (Friday) folks:

Early on some of us commented that many stocks were attracting money with hardly a down tick, even some of the NASDAQ high-flyers. This told us immediately that money was not leaving the market.

This is a simple thing, but it is a critical variable to look for early in a day that you are expecting down.
