Modern Records appoints new board of directors Modern Records Inc MZR Shares issued 27,454,114 Sep 22 close $0.14 Fri 22 Sept 2000 News Release Mr. Johan Grandin reports At a special meeting of shareholders, the new board of directors was elected by the shareholders of Modern Records. Four new directors join Johan Grandin on the board of directors of Modern Records. The board of directors named Mr. Grandin as the new president and chief executive officer of the company and authorized a search for a permanent management team. Mr. Grandin said: "We had an extremely high shareholder turnout at today's meeting, which shows how closely our shareholder have been following recent developments at the company.
