it's a swap. It's called management. Regardless, it's just to break the back of speculation in the crude market, which has the effect of artificially exacerbating the price appreciation. It's easy for Clinton haters to point the finger at this as a simple political agenda but nary a word that Big Oil might be manipulating prices higher for fun and profit, not to mention them trying to buy the White House. The Cheney selection was quite overt no?
