Mr, If you will look around, you will find that a lot of refineries are being sold. I quess that big oil can't stand to make all that moeny. Actually, big oil can't stand all the damn paperwork and environmental polices. Just this year, a large refinery in West Texas was sold to a company in Israel.

Before long, most of the US refineries will be owned by foreigners.
