of course it's political grand standing, I'm not saying it isn't. My point is that government is finally doing something beneficial to the populace. Averting crisis is better management than crisis management, IMO. It's not just a political ploy.

Hey, maybe a responsible energy policy will develop from this. One thing for sure, Bushs grow from oil.
