i think that the money has already switched hands ALAN. The networkers have already reached levels where they are likely set to head higher and the semis are near a bottom as well. Most investors tend to run for the door near the end and i belive that the markets are about 2-4 weeks away from hammering out a medium term bottom and making a substantial run.

the selling intensity on this latest round of selling just wasn't at levels consistent with major bearish runs. The semis will have one more dip and then look for these guys to jump 30-40% from now until the end of the year.
